SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Customers are obliged to provide full valid address for delivery purposes
Customers are accountable to forward an email to us if they are moving.
Customers must provide full address including apartment number if applicable.
All purchased items are shipped FOB point-of-shipment freight prepaid using EMS Global Shipping.
Wirural.netpackages will be delivered by either USPS or by DHL Canada Post etc. A signature is required for the package. If no one is at home during delivery, the package can be picked up at the nearest post office (bring ID).
After the payment is received, 48-72 hour processing period will take action which will start during the following business day. Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allocate 2-3 weeks time interval the merchandise to arrive. Usually Items arrive with in 10 days or less.
Customers will receive an email notification from Wirural.netwhen their order is processing.
All items are shipped from Hong Kong or China unless otherwise they are available at hand.
Shipping is Free per each item ordered, unless specified.
Wirural.netwill never ship for C O D .
Due to the amount of fraudulent orders we have been receiving, we will ONLY ship to credit card holders address, Please ensure details of your shipping address are the exact same as the credit card billing address or payment may fail to process. thank you for your understanding.
RETURN POLICY
Wirural.net does NOT offer refunds on any items purchased. Exchanges can be made if and only if the products are defective or damaged; we do not offer color or style exchanges. Please see below.
Acceptable reasons for item exchange: factory defect, sent wrong color/size, or any mistake made on the part of Wirural.com.
Unacceptable reasons for item exchange: colors are darker/lighter than pictured, item had minor color differences from the picture, item does not fit (see below for more info), ? I would rather have a different item? reason.
It is required that customers will send us email notification within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.
No payment refunds on any orders placed. Unless your item is out of stock .
If the error is made on the part of the customer he/she is responsible for a $35 restocking fee per item.
When refusing your package at the delivery arrival, you will not receive your money back because the product will not come back to us. No further explanation or negotiations in regard to this matter.
All returned clothing items should be dry cleaned or hand washed ONLY! We do not accept returns for clothing damaged because of washing.
All sales are final ? please ask any questions you have before purchasing any product to limit and prevent any problems.
